tweeul8r (pronounced like "c u l8r") is a transpiler: a program for converting twine 1 stories exported in twee format to Casio BASIC - a dialect of BASIC compatible with Casio graphing calculators. it supports two output formats: CTF (a format designed for human readibility and/or emulators) and CAT (a format that can be uploaded to calculators via transfer software).

how to use:

• write a story using twine 1
• export the story as a twee source file
• copy the twee source into the input text box below
• select the output format (CTF or CAT)
• click the 'convert' button
• copy or download the output BASIC program
• to play, transfer to a calculator or use an emulator

limitations (tweeul8r's twee compatibility is limited both by the constraints of the target platform as well as my own time and motivation):

• max of 35 passages per story
• max of 84 characters per line of text
• text must be UPPERCASE latin alphabet characters (A-Z) or basic punctuation
• macros are not supported
